About Gabriel Rocha

I’m a mental performance coach dedicated to helping elite performers build the mental skills required to execute at a high level consistently, not just when things feel good.

My background is rooted in high pressure environments where performance isn’t optional. I spent five years as a cognitive performance specialist supporting the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force, working with elite soldiers, fighter pilots, instructor pilots, and student pilots. In those environments, focus, emotional control, and decision making under pressure directly impact outcomes and I bring that same standard to the athletes and professionals I work with today.

Alongside that, I’ve spent 7 years working with Division I and professional athletes across multiple disciplines including golf, dance, water polo, wrestling, and baseball. Different sports, same demand: the ability to show up, stay composed, and perform when it matters most.

My coaching is built around developing the internal skills that drive external results within leadership, stress management, self-talk, confidence, emotional control, and mental resilience. I also place a strong emphasis on pre performance preparation because how you show up mentally before the moment often determines how you perform in it.

This isn’t about motivation. It’s about building foundations you can rely on so you can perform at your best, on demand.

Your Questions Answered: Enhancing Mental Clarity and Performance

What types of clients do you work with?

I work with athletes, business professionals, and high performers who operate in high-pressure environments. Whether you're competing, leading, or building something, the goal is the same - perform consistently when it matters.

How is this different from regular coaching or therapy?

This isn’t talk therapy and it’s not surface-level motivation.
This is performance focused. We build practical mental skills you can use in real time, under pressure, during competition, or when execution actually matters..

Can this help if I’m already performing at a high level?

Yes! That’s usually where this matters most.
The higher the level, the smaller the margins. This work is about tightening those margins so your output becomes more consistent, not just occasional.

What does the process look like?

We start with an intake session to identify what’s currently limiting your performance. From there, we build tools and strategies specific to you with ongoing support so you can apply them consistently and not just understand them.

How often do we meet?

That depends on the level of support you want.
Most clients either work weekly for structure and accountability, or schedule sessions as needed for more flexible support..

What kind of results should I expect?

Better control under pressure, more consistent execution, and improved confidence in your process. The goal isn’t hype, it’s repeatable performance.
